Here is my report of seis_blrms

1. I have downloaded the source C code for blrms from Saiph.ligo.caltech.edu
and am compiling it (a version from 2000). The location of the most recent
code (from John) would be useful.

2. Seis_blrms occassionally dies at LHO, I am looking into that and would
like to know if it dies at LLO.

3. The Loyola group in conjunction with Rai Weiss noticed that one of the
blrms ranges (that ended at 20 Hz) was mislabled due to confusion over the
minimal sampling frequency = 2 x Nyquist. I am going to change that as soon
as I check that the change (eith Matlab). I think that this is correct.
