This is a genuine gap on the H2 data set that should have been flagged. I looked back at my e-mails to Keith and my missing data list and realised what happened. I asked Keith to flag 823261712 823261728 16 823261760 823261776 16 as missing and I should have had an extra missing 32s in the middle. Keith, we can either add missing flags (H2:MISSING_H2_RDS_C03_L1, H2:MISSING_H2_RDS_C03_L2) to 823261728 823261760 32 or to the whole segment: 823261712 823261776 64 But Greg, I am VERY confused by something. Given the two 16s gaps that should have been flagged how could you have found this have resulted in a DAG failure if you're trying to make 1800s SFTs?
