Subject: DQ flags for missing H1 and L1 data


Dear Keith,

I have finished the regeneration and checks of H1 and L1 data. I will
send out an announcement to the LSC shortly.

Below is all the missing H1 and L1 data until 861462091 (Apr 24 2007).
After that the data was generated on-line and I'm counting on Greg to
generate the DQ flags.  There is no missing LLO data. All of it is due
to missing raw L0 data+filter transient lengths.

Please add the flags H1:MISSING_H1_RDS_C03_L1, H1:MISSING_H1_RDS_C03_L2
to the following segments:

821756528 821756544 16
821756720 821756752 32
823201104 823201168 64
823209520 823209584 64
823261712 823261776 64
