Subject: stochastic hardware injection flags

Hi Keith and Peter,
I went through the frames and looked at the behavior of the
LSC-ETMX_EXC_DAQ and STATE_VECTOR channels to determine the flags to mark
the stochastic hardware injections. The following time periods should be
marked as injections:

H1
1) 822198749 - 822199775
2) 822200188 - 822202160
3) 838748752 - 838750730
   838753934 - 838766287


H2
1) 822198749 - 822199775
   Of this, H2 was not in science mode during 822199698-822199775
2) 822200186 - 822202161
   Of this, H2 was not in science mode during 822200186-822200423
3) 838748763 - 838766324
   Of this, H2 was not in science mode during 838752625-838753352 and
838756515-838758290


L1
1) 822198749 - 822199775
2) 822200196 - 822202158
3) 838749108 - 838766227
   Of this, L1 was not in science mode during 838765450-838766227
