Subject: Proposed H1 DQ flags due to onsite activity around June 8

Hi
Keith,
I would like to propose that the interval from
865361486 to 865361886 be flagged as a DQ flag for H1 .
(unless of course this interval is already flagged)
As you can see form the BN outlier summary, on that day,
https://gravity.psu.edu/~psurg/events1/evtdisplaylink-H1-2007-06-08.html
the glitch rate was very high during this. if you look at the E-D almost all
these events have glitches in the accelerometers and seismometers.
The detector
ilogs say that there was lot of onsite activity going on (moving on the
roof, ion pump work).
I don't see any effect on H2. so maybe it is ok to not include H2 in this
interval.
Let me know if this makes sense .
But if this interval has already been flagged by some other DQ flag ,
then ignore this message Thanks
Shantanu
