Subject: Calibration DQ flags

Dear Keith,
The DQ flag from the V3 calibration are ready and attached below.
This will cover from the begin of S5 to 853540394 (Jan 22, 2007
22:33:00 UTC).
This has to replace the old ones, which I think from the V2
calibration.
A DQ flag file was generated for each epoch, so there are 3 files for
L1, and 4 files for H1 and 3 files for H1.
Each file has 5 colums - SM segment No., Start GPS, End GPS,
Duration(s), and the last column can be ignored.
As we discussed earlier, the period with the missing data due to
power outage on Dec. 26, 2006 at LHO is included for H1 and H2.
