Subject: PEM injections

Hi Keith,

I found this while following up H2 glitchy segments (as you may have
guessed), but I thought we shouldn't wait for introducing this flag...
Robert was performing PEM injections while H2 was left in science mode by
mistake; both Robert and the operator say the H2-862 science segment is
"bogus" and "bad":

Can you insert a "PEM_INJECTIONS" or something more serious for this
segment, 829099086-829109124? No other flags exist now except relating to
H1 lock loss/gains exist for this segment as of now... I'm not sure it will
affect the 1st year analysis, we could treat this as a PEM "blind"
injection for the first year :)

Thanks!

Gaby.
