Hi Craig,
So the answer to your question is yes and no.  I did update the  
segment lists to update to include the DQ flags that I previously  
found.  However, after I reran the data checking pipeline yesterday I  
found another block of data (H1: 845510815 - 845510830) that will  
need to be added to the DQ flags which hasn't been done quite yet.   
Aside from this, the segment lists I have on CVS are the most recent  
ones and can be found at:
iulgroup/projects/s5/lowcbc/20051104-20061114/S5??_selectedsegs_hoft.txt
