Keith,
As you know I have started to adapt Peter Sh.'s light dip codes to make L1
TCS Dq flags for full S5. But completing this (for second trends) may take
time.
Until then would it be possible to flag the following intervals (which are
only post March 07) for L1 TCS DQ flags (which are based on loud K-W
triggers)
The relevant webpage with this info (which was presented in a detchar
telecon sometime back is at

The relevant GPS times to flag are :
860973517.5
860970197.1
860970497.6
860970987.1
863234420.5

(Maybe +/- 1 second can be padded to the above intervals)
I could not find any more L1 TCS events after this page was updated which
are not PowerMag. (Of course K-W did not run for a large part of June due to
the database problem)
Anyhow the above list is probably incomplete.
But since "something is better than nothing", I think it would good to flag
the above intervals for a start (as people are working on wrapping DQ flag
studies , for full S5)
