Hi Keith,

I've updated the DQ flags for H1/H2 lock loss/acquisition to cover the
remainder of S5 (about 2 months are missing right now). I don't quite
remember the names we settled on, but perhaps you have that info handy.

Could you update the segment database with the new DQ segments? There should
be no overlap,
