1. During the period from June 17 14:36 to June 19 11:30 PDT (834615374-834777014), communication between the hardware signal injection machines and the arbitrary wave form generators for H1 and H2 was disrupted. Although there is no evidence that inadvertent signal injections were performed (hence no DQ flag has been defined), the injection infrastructure was in an ill-defined state (based on information provided by Vuk Mandic - June 20, 2006).
