Subject: LHO overflow counters (Data Quality)

Hi Keith,

Attached are files with the segments containing LSC PD overflows in the
LHO interferometers during the first week of S4. The trend files are
written every 6 hours and are out of phase at L1 - I'll send the LLO
segments as soon as the trends are written. Two of the attached files
contain full listings of the trend scans, in which you can see the PDs
that were saturated, and the other pair of files are summaries with only 
segment, start time, end time and date with duplicate lines suppressed.
