Hi All,

I have re-run the scan of the wind speed trends for LHO, and produced 
segment lists for both IFOs with the following cuts

  H1  LVEA: >30 MPH    EX: >35 MPH    EY: >35 MPH
  H2  LVEA: >30 MPH    MX: >35 MPH    MY: >35 MPH

The dead-time using these thresholds is greatly reduced (337 min instead
of 4290 min for H1). Of course, I have no idea yet what this does to the
efficiency for vetoing garbage. You can get all the info from my web-page
at http://www.ligo.caltech.edu/~jzweizig/S4_Data_Quality#Wind. The first
paragraph under "Wind" is the same old stuff. The second paragraph,
labeled "Tighter Cuts" has the info on the new segments.
