Subject: S2 Data Quality: H1 vetos from minute trends

Hi Keith (and all),

I put together all the information I gathered from minute trends about
H1 in a document, posted in

http://www.phys.lsu.edu/faculty/gonzalez/S2Trends/H1ASQOutliersVetoes.pdf

I propose in this document times to veto in H1, based on two criteria:

* ASQ glitches occurring in clusters, visible in other channels (so I
propose to veto a time interval that contains the glitches, but also
minutes in between)

* outliers in ASQ visible in other channels, other than ASI. Most of
these are isolated, or in consecutive minutes.

I put the TeX source of the document, which includes the list of the
outliers and times to veto.

Let me know what you think. I will try to do the same for the other ifos.

Gaby.
