I had promised a while ago to look at the minute trends of all interferometer channels, to have a rough data quality check. I have posted the L1 plots in http://www.phys.lsu.edu/faculty/gonzalez/S2Trends/ There are ~600 .png files, one for each of the 606 science segments in Peter's list. The filenames are of the form S2FigXXX.png for trends of all 6 interferometer channels (ASI/Q, POBI/Q, REFLI/Q) and S2PwrFigXXX.png for trends of PTRR, PTRT, SPOB, ASDC, REFLDC and REFLAC. I also produced zip files S2IfoTrends.zip and S2PwrTrends.zip, about 10Mb each, with all the figure files compressed. Some segments are missing due to data retrieval problems, I'll get them soon. I also produced histograms of the ifo channel trends in the file HistTrends.pdf; notice how similar the double-peaked ASQ histogram looks when compared to John's Zweizig 10-100Hz blrms dta quality histogram. The outliers in ASQ are mostly at the end of segments, but some indicate "glitches". It is not obvious that the large "glitches" are obvious times to veto, they may indicate a low frequency noise with no contamination of the gw band; I will be looking at these glitches in more detail. The peak-to-peak ASQ values larger than 90 counts are listed below; based on this I think we should recommend throwing away the last two minutes of segments 530, 483, 571, 303, 67, 434, 267, 149 and 373. Segment 133 is a short segment (86 sec) with an outlier pk-pk value, I think we should also throw it away.
