Anomalies that I ignored during the elog search for S2 "errata" are:
1.  Reports of LineMon alarms that cleared themselves and showed a brief drop of 1 or more Cal Lines.  These drops maybe due to
a.) brief increase in noise, b.) false alarm, c.) ???

2.  Reports of noise bursts.  Numerous species reported numerous times throughout elog.

Apr 7 elog by Barker:
2k MY LSC skew error has appeared again. Several alarms were sounded, meaning that the skew count exceeded 1000. It appears that this has not caused any major problems with H2 AS_Q or the 2k range.
So the recommendation is that providing the skew error rate is low and is not adversely affecting the IFO, then it is better to leave it alone.

However, if the AS_Q and range are being affected, then the first fix is to completely power cycle all nodes in the Y-arm RFM loop. This is:
           h2lscl0 (and h2lscepics)
           h2ascl0 (and h2ascepics)
           h2iscmy (which in turn affects h2iscauxmy, h2adcumy and h0pemmy)
